Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, customized or personalized items, gift cards

How to Return an Item

Start a Return: Contact maggie@ripmasterathletics.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Shipping Label: We’ll contact you and provide a return shipping label, or you may choose to ship the item back yourself.

Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely and drop it off at your local carrier.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at maggie@ripmasterathletics.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
